Mobilization in Balochistan

In Balochistan, the provincial leadership of PML-N is also preparing for Sharif’s arrival. According to Muslim League-N Balochistan President Sheikh Jafar Mandukhel, a high-level meeting was held to discuss the return of Nawaz Sharif and the reception at Lahore Airport.

Mandukhel revealed that more than 5,000 workers from Balochistan are expected to head to Lahore on the 18th or 19th of this month to welcome Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif. The convoy will proceed towards Lahore in two parts.

The Journey

One part of the convoy will depart from the provincial capital Quetta by special train, while workers from other districts of the province will leave for Lahore in an organized convoy of vehicles.

The caravan departing by private vehicles will rest at various places along the way. Adequate arrangements have been made for the workers’ food and drink. Party anthems will be played to keep spirits high among the workers. Consideration has also been given to those workers who are leaving by train.

According to Mandukhel, the convoy is expected to reach Lahore on October 20th. Once there, party instructions will be implemented as they continue with their preparations for Sharif’s grand return.
